What is the standard delivery time for equestrian gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
How do I ensure I select the correct size for riding breeches?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your waist and inseam and comparing them to our chart, as equestrian sizing can vary between European and US standards.
What is your return policy for worn items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Items used in the stable or during riding cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are Kingsland products machine washable?
Most of our technical apparel and saddle pads are machine washable at 30°C (86°F). We recommend air drying and avoiding fabric softeners to maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics.
Do you offer sponsorship for competitive riders?
